Q: I deposited money on Blitzpoker. The amount was debited from my bank account but did not get credited in my Blitzpoker account. What should I do?

A: In rare cases, player deposits do not automatically reflect in Blitzpoker’s account. This can be due to an issue in the internet connection during the payment process and/or an error at the payment gateway’s end.

Any deposit which is failed from the payment gateway will be refunded in the account within a period of 7-8 Working days depending on the Bank.

UPI payments take Min 30-45 Days to refund.

Please note our support team is available from Monday to Sunday between 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM. All request received outside working hours will be resolved on the next working day.
