How to learn Poker
Q. How long does it take to learn to play online poker?
A. It is one of the most common questions that every new player will ask. Poker is known as a game of wits. The fundamentals of poker learning in no more than five minutes, but mastering the game is a never-ending process, as it requires constant strategizing and understanding new tricks of the trade. Thus, it is safe to say that the game can be learned in five minutes but requires a lifetime to master. The most common answer that you will find on Google is three to twenty-four months, but our suggestion is to have patience. Playing online poker is a test of skills; not all players have it in them to become consistent winners. There are many variables involved, and it is what makes this question impossible to answer.
Easiest poker game to learn

A. Hold’em No-Limit Hold’em is King It’s easy to see why, as Texas Holdem is arguably the easiest game to learn and the most entertaining to watch. In Texas Holdem, each player starts with just two cards and then makes use of a community board that every player can see.
Eligibility Criteria to play on Blitzpoker
Q. Who all are eligible to play on Blitzpoker?
A. BLITZPOKER is available for Indian players only. Indian Players with Indian Bank account and PAN card can play on BLITZPOKER client even if they are travelling out of India. Online gaming is banned in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Assam states in India. Similarly, countries like Australia, China and some parts of United States are banned for online gaming. Apart from the exceptions mentioned, you can play Poker on BLITZPOKER client anywhere.

Q. How to send logs?
A. For Mobile App
- Click on horizontal lines on top left
- Click on ‘Client info’
- Click on ‘Send Logs’ and click on arrow below
For Desktop
- Click on F5
- Tick all the ‘Tick box’
- Click ‘OK’
For Mac
- Use the key combinations of Ctrl + Shift + L in any client area;
- In the opened dialog describe the problem in as much details as possible;
- Click Send.
Tournament registration process
Q. How to register for a tournament?
A. Register in a tournament through Website or through client after clicking on the tournament on lobby.
Time bank
Q. What is the time bank?
A. All the players are given 30 secs at the start of the tourney and then after every 10 minutes additional 5 secs are added in their account. It depends on the players how to utilise the time bank or accumulate the time to play a better hand later. In case there is disconnection, the accumulated time bank will be utilised. If the time bank is completely utilized, there is no time available to play a hand.
Private table
Q. How to create private table?
A. Private Table can be created by clicking on the “Create Ptivate Table” option under “Settings’ tab.
Add no. in DND list
Q. How to add my number in DND list?
A. You need to send an email on support@blitzpoker.com. It takes 24-48 hours to activate this service. You should not receive any further notification from us
RNG Certificate

Abusive player
Q. What should I do if a player is abusive?
A. Chat abuse is a matter we take seriously. Our aim is to provide a fun and enjoyable environment for all players and abusive chat is disruptive to that. Please refrain from responding to an abusive player. If you come across of any such incident, you need to inform us by sending an email to support@blitzpoker.com with a screenshot of the chat screen. Kindly note, 1st instance of chat abuse will result in a 1 week ban on chat privileges. 2nd instance of chat abuse results in a one month ban and 3rd instance will lead to a lifetime ban on chat privileges.
